Thus far.. happy with my purchase, few scratches of knife but know it’s wear and tear from stainless not plastic or wood.

I love how this board is made from one single sheet of stainless steel, and not some thin sheet pasted onto a plastic frame. It's sturdy and well-made. It is quite light for a stainless steel board. When cutting, some cut marks will be left on the board as on other types of cutting board too. However, as it's stainless steel, I feel safer using this.
I now have ease of mind when cutting meats because I know there’s no chance of bacteria contamination on my cutting board. The thin board also means it requires smaller storage space in the cupboard.

Been interested to get a metal cutting board but so many are very heavy and don't have a hole or hook to hang it up. I really like the size (big enough) and shape and design of the modori cutting boards so it's great to have it in light metal. Not sure how it's self healing but so far none of the scratches look deep (so you can visually see them but I can't actually feel any grooves) so maybe that really works? Doesn't seem to harm my knifes either! Loving it!
