About Payment

What payment options do you accept?

We accept online payment either with Credit / Debit card (Visa / Master / American Express) and HitPay_PayNow.

Can I do cash on delivery (COD)?

Unfortunately, we only accept online payment through the methods listed above.

How do I proceed with payment for PayNow?

Step 1: Log in to your bank's mobile banking app.
Step 2: Scan the QR code using your bank's app.
Step 3: Enter the amount to pay if it's not generated, then confirm the transfer.

About Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship locally within Singapore. MODORI is a dedicated website for our Singapore customers only. Thank you for understanding.

Where are orders shipped from now ?

Our products are imported from Korea to our Singapore facilities and shipped to our customers.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our delivery typically takes about 3-5 working days upon dispatch. Delivery time is from 10am to 7pm on weekdays and 10am to 3pm on Saturday. (excluding weekends and public holidays)

How / Where can I track my order?

Customers will receive several messages, the confirmation email(once order made), and when your order status changes(shipped out). A tracking number will be updated within 24-48 hours after the order has been dispatched, where the order status will be shown as "Fulfilled". Please visit the Aramex Tracking Page: www.aramex.com

What should I do if I received the wrong or damage product?

Please contact customer service at (cs@blankcorp.sg), include your name, order number, and photos of what you received (please do not open wrong product received). Our customer service agent will assist to solve your problem.

About Order

How do know if my order has been placed successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email that contains information regarding the details of your order. Please check the detail information carefully. We are not responsible for shipping errors caused by incorrect input of personal information. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please reach out to our customer service team immediately.

Do you offer self-collection?

Our warehouse does not offer self-collection, once the order dispatch to the courier facilities, may check with the courier directly for self-collection. A tracking number will be sent to the customer's email, kindly provide the tracking number to the courier to arrange for the self-collection.

If I ordered the wrong product, how can I correct it?

Due to the system restriction, we are unable to amend the order, but only process cancellation. (Please refer to the next question) and our return policy.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order status is “Unfulfilled”, please contact Customer Service immediately to request a cancellation. If your order status is already “Fulfilled”, unfortunately, we cannot stop the order or process a refund since your package is now packing or out for delivery.
