โ ๏ธWhen putting it in the dishwasher, avoid using it at a temperature over 80ยฐC during the wash or sanitizing.ย (Suggest sanitizing within10 seconds).
โ ๏ธPlease wipe dry frequently after use.
โ ๏ธDuring cutting or slicing citrus, kindly take note the peel of the citrus does release essential oilย (epicarp or flavedo), and may cause a natural stain which may be very appealing on the darker color cutting board. Recommend using a lighter cutting board when cutting the citrus.
