Goodle Black uses a special Inoble Coating (PFOA FREE), a patented oil method that enhances the non-stick effect and makes it easier to clean after use. Free from PFOA and harmful substances.

Suitable to use on : induction cooker, Ceramic Cooker, Heating Plate, Gas stove. Avoid using in Microwave, Oven, Dishwasher.


Precautions
1. Due to characteristics of the pot (high thermal conductivity), hence recommend using low or medium heat when cooking. When using Gas stove, please keep at medium or low flame, as if flame to big may burn the sides of cookware and damage the wooden handle.
2. Clean the pan/pot immediately after cooking, especially cooking with sauces or colors as the wooden handle may get stain if left for a long time.
3. Do not immerse the wooden handle in water. Use neutral detergent and room temperature water for regular cleaning. 
4. Cooking food with high salt content for a prolonged period may weaken the non-stick properties.
5. Recommend seasoning the pot before use as well as frequently to extend the lifespan of the non-stick coating.
6. Using safe utensils (wooden/heat resistant plastic and silicone shovel, chopsticks, spatulas, spoon, etc) will extend the life of your pot as well protects the coating.


Kindly take note. 
The service life of the non-stick properties of the pot may weaken/shorten per usage. The lifespan of the non-stick coating may vary according to how it has been used and the frequency of usage. Recommend replacing every 1-2 years depending on the condition of the product.
