Precautions
1. Stainless cutting board will be wrapped with a layer of plastic wrapping, kindly remove it before use.
2. Due to characteristics of the color of the rack, dust, fingerprints, scratches, etc will be more visible.
3. Buttons & rod may fall off during the delivery process, kindly fixed back to the original location.
4. During cutting or slicing citrus, kindly take note the peel of the citrus does release essential oil (epicarp or flavedo), and may cause a natural stain which may be very appealing on the darker color cutting board. Recommend using a lighter or stainless cutting board when cutting the citrus.
5. Due to characteristics of the material, fine scratches may occur during manufacturing process, it is normal and does not consider as a defect.
6. For initial use, kindly washing away the abrasive residual on the cutting board surface.
