𝗛𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗼𝗸 (호떡) is a Korean street food that can be found at the corner of every neighborhood in Seoul. In breeze weather, this warm and syrupy Korean sweet dessert pancake will ooze into your mouth and reach to ultimate satisfaction.
📌Ingredient needed
● Yeast powder
● Glutinous Rice Flour
● Maple Syrup Powder
● 180ml warm water
● A tiny amount of cooking oil
📌Steps
1. Stir yeast powder with 180ml warm water evenly.
2. Add in the glutinous rice powder and blend until forms a dough.
3. Let the dough rise for around 30mins.
4. Rub some oil on your hands and cutting board, and knead the dough into smaller portions in equal sizes. Add the Maple Syrup Powder in the center or each smaller dough and knead them into a ball.
5. Add in the oil and preheat the pan, fry both sides of the dough until it gets caramelized brown, and flatten it with a spatula.
6. Topping the top with honey and decorate by sprinkling with crushed nuts.
