📌Ingredient needed
● 1 cubed tofu
● A packet of fine noodles
● 1/4 of cucumber
● A small packet of nut
● 200ml milk
● A teaspoon of salt
📌Steps
1. Use a food processor to blend nuts, tofu, milk, and salt evenly.
2. Refrigerate the mixed sauce.
3. Shred the cucumber.
4. Cook the fine noodles until softened, and rinse away any starch residue with cold water.
5. Place the noodles in a bowl, add in the mixed sauce, put the shredded cumber on top with half a slice of boiled egg, and you are done.
