𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗽𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗲 (잡채) is the mixture of sweet potato starch noodles stir-fried with vegetables and meat, is one of Korea’s best-loved dishes.
📌Ingredient needed
● Dangmyeon noodles(also known as “glass noodles”)
● red pepper
● onion
● rape (leaf veggie)
● carrot
● black fungus
● shredded beef
● salt
● cooking oil
● soy sauce
● Korean sesame oil
📌Steps
1. Shred all veggies after washing them.
2. Stir-fried and season all shred veggies individually and set them aside for later.
3. Stir-fried the rape and add in the sesame oil before set aside for later.
4. Cook glass noodles in boiling water for 5-6mins, pour away the water, and mix sesame oil evenly.
5. Stir-fried the shredded beef until medium cooked, season with pepper, and add in all the cooked veggies and glass noodles.
6. Add a little sesame oil to boost the flavor before serving them.
