Common ingredients include ham, sausage, spam, baked beans, kimchi, instant noodles, gochujang and American cheese. The dish is now a popularย Anju (accompaniment to alcoholic drinks) and a comfort food cooked in a large pot for multiple people.


๐Ÿ“ŒIngredient needed
โ— 6 slices of ham
โ— 4 sausages
โ— 3 green onions
โ— 1ย cubic of tofu
โ—ย 1 packet of enoki mushroom
โ— 2 slices of cheese
โ— 1 packet of instant ramen noodles
โ—ย Rice cakes
โ—ย Kimchi
(You can create your army stew with whatever ingredients you have on hand)
โ—ย 500cc water
โ—ย 30g soy sauce
โ—ย 20g Korean chili sauce
โ—ย 20g Korean chili powder
โ—ย 20g sugar


๐Ÿ“ŒSteps
1. Pour 500cc of water into the pot
2. Add 30g of soy sauce, 20g of Korean chili sauce, 20g of Korean chili powder, and 20g of sugar accordingly and stir the mixture evenly.
3. Put in ham, sausage, tofu, enoki mushroom, green onion, rice cake, kimchi, instant ramen noodles (can be adjusted according to your preferences).
4. Add more water if necessary
5. Turn to low heat mode and boil it for around 10mins until all ingredients have been cooked and flavorsย blend in.
6.ย Top the stew with cheese slices.
